What we love to hear about
SeoSitemap.app is a small project run by one person, so every message gets a real reply — there's no support queue and no canned responses. We're especially keen to hear from you if you have:
- Bug reports — a scan that hangs, a misleading error, a result that doesn't match what you see in your browser. Include the URL you scanned if you can.
- Feature requests — a check you wish we did, an integration you'd pay for, a CSV column that would save you a step.
- Edge cases — unusual sitemap shapes (gzipped, non-standard XML, very deep indexes), regional CDNs, or anything else that surprised the scanner.
- Partnership or content collaboration — guest posts, case studies, joint audits, agency referrals.
Response time
Email replies usually go out within one or two business days. If you write outside European working hours or over a weekend, expect a slower turnaround. LinkedIn messages are read but answered less often — email is the most reliable path for anything that needs a real reply.
Before you write
Check the FAQ and the documentation first — most common questions about sitemaps, scan limits, and how to read the report are answered there. If you've checked both and still need help, we'd much rather you reach out than struggle silently.
